Terrible experience and I didn't even go inside. We had a tornado warning today and my mom was inside the bank. Once the hail started coming down I worried for my mother's safety parking closer to the bank. When out comes this blonde haired ancient mummy yelling at me that I can't be here that the bank is closed (it was 5 and it clearly states 6pm as closing time). I told her my mom was inside and she didn't care threatened to call the cops all while a storm was happening. She's a real peach. If you have business with chase you should take it elsewhere. When my mother came outside the lady had also kicked out a young gentleman beforehand and attempted to do the same with my mother. And if the mummy reads this I hope you get a better attitude.
