Chase Hill Apartments

I lived here for a year. When first moved in was under okay management. Then they hired Jennifer and her team, HORRIBLE PEOPLE. We had roaches everywhere, constantly getting broken into, management was negligent and never helped on any maintenance (would literally mark completed and nobody would come by). Sprayed chemicals for resurfacing tubs while wife was pregnant and told us to get a fan. Worst living experience of my life, wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. 0/5 would never do again!

Do not move here if all possible.. doesn’t matter if you are a clean person there is still roaches everywhere my AC went out 3 times took them days to fix it dust build up in the vents I have no idea what sort of harmful things are in that dust one out of five outlets work loud neighbors the swimming pools here are dirty I also had all 4 of my wheels stolen off my truck and I told the staff and they didn’t even say I’m sorry to hear you know what they told me my lease is up do I want to renew Heck NO . For the area it’s not worth you time & money oh and people who have dogs never pick up after them ..people with dogs here never have their dogs on leashes .. no cameras no security nothing . Avoid at all cost .. I move out on Saturday thank god

Ive lived here for 4 months. Its nice and pretty peaceful. I haven't experienced any major problems. Management is great and maintenance is always promptly responding. My only issue is the low water pressure in the bathtub. It takes forever to fill the tub. Besides that issue things have been good. If you want an apartment in a good area I recommend.

I don't live there and I never would, I pass by every day on my way to school and the entrance to these apartments is full of dog feces every day you can find a new portion apparently the same owner takes his dog there every day it's unfortunate because it's clear information as to why you shouldn't live there it's disgusting and repugnant to see and smell their entrance, I can't imagine what it's like inside 😖🫨🤢 The star I give them is just to give my opinion.

I don't live here, but got a taste of the rude, dismissive, inconsiderate office management at this complex. If you treat others like that, I can imagine how you treat your residents. We tried to deliver a piece of equipment for a disabled veteran at the office, which I understand you don't accept due to liability issues. But as a courtesy, since she even knew the tenant's name, you could have shown some courtesy and taken it to their apartment. We were courteous in asking for this favor, the manager rudely stuck her head out of her office dismissing me and went back in it not acknowledging I was still there, leaving her receptionist to again deal with this issue. My question to you, manager, is where did you learn your management skills? You obviously don't have any. You need to learn co
