Chase Bank

Have banked there for 34 years. I have cashed my office employees checks for 34 years. Last week they said they can no longer allow me to cash my employees checks!! Last year they had no problem cashing a check that was stolen out of a mailbox that I sent a vendor? It took me 6 months to get my money back from the check they cashed that was stolen. Knowing and Caring about your customers is just a thing of the past !

You can last 1 hour sitting and nobody attends you. the bankers are rude and if you speak only Spanish do not go. I was going to open an account and I did not even want to go, I just went to another bank. Si hablas espanol no te dan una atencion especifica ni especilizada, de razon esta solo

The worst customer service is a waste of time making an appointment. Guard send you to sit down don't notify anyone and then staff tells you no banker available and see teller, teller send you back to sit and wait for nobody to address you again

i have been a customer of chase bank for years, i have several accounts with this bank, in west palm beach the only branch that has good customer service is the branch in downtown west palm beach, chase bank on 10th ave west palm beach florida, has the worst customer service, i walked into the bank after I ran into issues with the atm machine outside and at the lobby, all i wanted to do is report the issue with the machine, there was one teller, too busy, I walked up to the only bank officer in his cubicle, I asked for the manager, he told me she/he wasn't there, he never greeted me, he never asked me for what i needed, he just asked me if I had and account with Chase I responded , 7 accounts. after I told him the issue with the machine, he told me it was my debit card, I had used it ear
