Chase Bank

This Chase Branch is located in a very convenient location. Everyone here is very nice, Meenakshi Singhal helped us on few separate occasions, she is very good at what she does, get things done very quickly, highly recommended.

The new branch is very beautiful and clean, and it even has that new house smell. The key point is that the staff inside are easygoing and polite, very efficient. It feels very comfortable. Parking is also easy because it’s located in a large plaza.

Honestly, one of the best banking experiences I’ve had in a while. I went in for some help with my account, and the teller was super friendly and walked me through everything with patience. They really know how to make you feel like a valued customer. Even though there was a small wait, the service made up for it. Great job, Chase!”

Beautiful branch, very helpful bankers. I personally had Meenakshi Singhal and she was very thorough (I am a Canadian and working here as an Intern). My only complaint is that my debit card didn't come after the 5-7 business days they promised. I waited 15 business days before calling, she suggested that I get the card re-sent (as it must've been lost) and she asked me if I wanted to pay an extra $5 for 'express shipping'. I thought that was ridiculous, and would've expected them to pay the $5 for me as I shouldn't be punished for them losing my card. Whatever.

The branch is very nice and brand new. Dealt with Wen Chao and she was very polite, helpful and efficient with setting me up a new account!
