The worst banking company. The worst branch bank. They will mess with your account without any notice. They are horrible with customer service. They are horrible with communication. They will leave you on the phone all day, transferring you from one representative to another. Go to Bank of America, it’s across the street and has way better customer service and benefits

Went at 4pm to get my son a high school bank account only to be told that they don’t have any bankers in the bank and we would have to create an appointment to create an account. This branch is already a cashless bank and this is the reason this branch exists. This branch is pointless and I’ll likely move to a credit union after this.

I went yesterday to try to get help because my account is locked. Was there over an hour and my account stayed locked. Once this issue is resolved, I will definitely close my account. Horrible bank. The lady who helped me was pretty nice but tried to catch an attitude with me, but honestly you got me messed up with that and I shut that out real quick.

Don’t go to this bank, especially with this banker Zarina Nazerali. I came here after days trying to get an appointment since short of staff to open a bussines account and the banker with really poor professional service was stating that you are not able to open a bussines account with tax id that it has to be registered with the Secretary of State. She was really rude and no professional at all like she wanted me to go.

Easy in and out service. Banker is available and knowledgeable about private client, investment and mortgages.
