My backyard connects to one of Darwin homes properties. I promise you that I’ve been trying to get them to cut a tree that’s overgrown unto my property and my neighbors property. This tree is a nuisance. I continually am told that I must go to the residence door and have them file for a work order. I’ve completed that task and made numerous attempts to follow up with no luck. I’m reaching out for two years now. I’m going to report it to our homeowner association next.

Think 10 times before leasing from this agency. Our experience is very bad. It's foolish to expect any kind of service. Getting your security deposit back will be difficult and even psychologically torture you. You will understand his true face after the lease ends. Bryce is very rude, he did not return our security deposit. Instead he gave us a bill of $2080. Please check before renting from this type of person.

I am a property owner that experienced a major problem with a hot water heater exploding in an attic and flooding the 3 floors below. Bryce did an amazing job of having a mitigation team out there in under an hour. He also advised and guided me throughout the entire process of dealing with vendors and insurance companies. We've only been renting for less than a year and have had so many problems. Our patio blinds are too short for the sliding doors, and we were told they couldn't be replaced because they are the tenants responsibility. We requested maintenance to clean out our dryer vent, and the maintenance man didn't know where to find it. My brother had to get on the roof and clean it out himself. I've been renting for 3 months and has experienced so many issues with maybe one issue corrected. Bryce is so rude and arrogant. Take your money, did not have the property move in ready. Home was nasty when I moved in. Caroline has been terminated according to the maintenance guy that can barely walk to fix anything Run, Run, Run. All the neighbors told me how fast everyone leaves and how the yard and home stayed nasty before I moved in and tried to correct some of the things that could make the property better or just proper maintenance.
