I recently attended the Fall Open House and had the pleasure of touring the community with Anna. She was incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience enjoyable. Anna took the time to answer all of my questions, pointed out all the great amenities, and really helped me picture what it would be like to live here. The property itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a warm, inviting atmosphere. The apartments were spacious with modern finishes, and I loved the thoughtful touches throughout the community. Overall, the tour exceeded my expectations, and Anna made it feel personal rather than just another walkthrough. I left with a very positive impression and would definitely recommend checking this place out!

Jon Gerry was incredibly helpful throughout my rental process. He was very kind, patient, and professional from beginning to end. Moved in October 2024. Process was pretty easy. Bruce was great! Maintenance was top notch when we needed them. Apartment was very clean. We loved the screened in balcony for our two cats. Pool was always nice. We got a 3 bedroom, 3rd floor and the noice level was always quiet. Living next to the trash area wasn’t always the great especially when it would pile up or folks would throw old broken furniture out there. But it was usually cleaned up within a day or two. My only two complaints would be how thin the walls were inside the apartment. And the master bathroom shower would leak out water every time I showered, leaving the floor around the shower soaked. Should have been built differently. Moving out this month but all in all it was a good experience the 15 months I’ve been here.

So me and my 2 friends were looking for an apartment so we decided to go to the commons for a tour. We met with Marlo which is who took us on the tour. We decided we liked the place so we went ahead with the application. Paid the 75 application fees and for each of us and 250 to hold the apartment. Before we submitted I let her know I did have a little criminal history. She said that it wouldn’t be a problem and to just go ahead and submit it. So we submitted it and about a week later we received an email that we got denied because of criminal history. So she lied to our faces just so she could get our money pretty much. Scumbag move. It’s been about 2 months now and I just now received the 250 hold payment in a check and they wrote it out to all 3 of us which makes it hard for no reason.

Our leasing experience was incredibly smooth from start to finish. Viewing the property was easy to schedule, and Marlo made sure I had all the information I needed right away. Redeeming the move‑in specials was straightforward, with no confusion or hidden steps. The application process was quick, and every question I had was answered clearly and promptly. Overall, everything I needed for move‑in was handled efficiently, making the entire process stress‑free. Highly recommend and super excited to call Charlotte Commons home.
