They were very knowledgeable not only about the home buying process, but also the surrounding community, necessary home maintenance issues to consider, and the cabin life in general. They made our home buying experience very smooth and easy. I highly recommend them!

I wish Charlie had been our realtor. Charlie was the sellers’ realtor on a property we purchased. We didn’t have contact with him until after it closed, but he was amazing. First, our realtor knew when we were closing and that we wanted to get in right away, but he took off on a trip without telling us. Nowhere to be reached/found. There we were with our kids 2 hours from home and locked out of our new home. With no other ideas, I called the number on the sign, and Charlie cruised over, let us in, gave us the keys, and showed us around. Since then he’s been an amazing resource and a great neighbor.
