Sabrina was very instrumental in helping me to locate a 2 BR rental in Jersey City Heights shortly before the onset of the pandemic. It took much negotiating with the landlord at the time to get the apartment up to par in order to justify the asking price. It went successfully and 3 years later, I am still enjoying my unit.
