Chapel Trace Apartments

DO NOT EVEN VISIT HERE!!!! We pulled up to the apartment complex and our car immediately got stuck on the parking divider that had a big nail loose, our whole front bumper got ripped off and the wheel well is messed up. We asked for help from maintenance but they refuse to even talk to us saying it’s a liability to touch our car. So unhelpful very rude.

Chapel Trace has been home since I moved to Orlando back in 2011. The girls at the office to the maintenance team are all awesome.

I’ve had a great experience living at Chapel Trace and I want to take a moment to specifically recognize Joshua from the maintenance team. He consistently goes above and beyond expectations, and his dedication truly stands out. From the very first service request, Joshua has been prompt, professional, and incredibly thorough. He doesn’t just fix the issue—he takes the time to explain what was wrong and how he resolved it. He’s respectful of your space, always leaves things clean, and genuinely cares about making sure everything works properly. There was one instance where I had a late-night issue with the AC and is hot outside now and Joshua responded faster than I could have hoped. He handled it quickly and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was still okay. That level

This community is very decent and quiet. The women in the Management Office are very friendly and they take the time to discuss any issues you may be experiencing while a resident there. Maintenance are on point with fixing any problems in the units. The pool area is kept clean. It is close to major shopping stores and banks. It is also close to some fine dining restaurants as well as the 408 & 417 Expressway. All in all, I'd recommend it to any one looking for housing.

I’ve been living in Chapel Trace for going on 3 years and I am super pleased with the neighborhood. All of the staff is super friendly and helpful. Anytime I have a concern or maintenance request, they are quick to resolve any issue the same day. The neighborhood is very clean and they are newly renovated and for the price, it doesn’t get any better than that. I highly recommend living here!
