I wish I could give negative stars. Living at Chapel Ridge was a terrible experience from day one. When we moved in, the AC was frozen over with a thick layer of ice, so we spent the first two weeks of August in unbearable heat with no working air conditioning. The apartment was also filthy—we had to scrub the entire kitchen and all the bathrooms just to make the space livable. We dealt with an ongoing cockroach problem throughout the year, often seeing 15–20 roaches a week, and that’s just the ones we saw. They were even in our beds. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but nothing meaningful was ever done. Management’s solution was to suggest we try peppermint oil, which didn’t help at all. One weekend, while everyone was away, workers came into our unit without notice and left

I’m going to update my previous review cause I have a lot to say. I would never recommend anyone subject themselves to this apartment complex. First of all, there is a HUGE cleanliness problem in the complex. In the fall and winter, no one ever comes to clean the grounds or walkway. If you want to see how they truly treat tenants, tour outside the other units not scheduled on the tour and see how “clean” they keep the community. A whole bunch of dead leaves, trash, and dead bugs accumulate when you’re trying to walk in. Next thing is that there is STILL a roach infestation in the apartments as well. I’ve lived here for two years and I only started to see Terminix actually enter my unit a few months ago. They’re still here by the way because again they will not keep the grounds clean. Furt

I don’t live there, but my sister does. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. She has stayed sick since moving in because the place is infested with mold. You don’t see it at first when touring the place because they do a great job at only painting over everything. She has been there for about 5 months now and she has MOLD growing on the desk which came with the apartment. I have visited a few times to see her since starting college and it physically makes me ill to see they are completely brushing all her concerns to the side. Management is unresponsive or basically says “sorry” and the people who come in to do maintenance really don’t try to get rid of the problems this place has. They’re only responsive to public feedback because it cannot be handled privately. Very misleading, it

If I could give Chapel Ridge a rating lower than zero, I absolutely would. Living here has been the most appalling and stressful housing experience of my life. I stayed for two years only because I was in grad school and financially supporting myself. This place was within my budget, and that was the only reason I tolerated it. But now I know the truth: the apartments are cheap for a reason. I would never advise anyone to risk their health, peace of mind, or safety by living here. During my time at Chapel Ridge, the management team changed constantly. With every new team came more disorganization and even less accountability. Communication was unreliable, and concerns were rarely taken seriously. From the moment I moved in, the red flags were impossible to ignore. The apartment smelled awf

My parent perspective from this week…. Most young adults have a tendency to not clean up to a mom’s standard so the apartment upon entering had some items left from before, kitchen needed to be deep cleaned, there was animal feces smashed on floor in 3 different spots. Definitely need to hire cleaning services to do basic sweeps even if it’s just the floors. Air conditioning is definitely not working. The entire day I never heard it kick on( 77 temp) but supposed to have been 74. Just some miner cosmetic things outside would be more appealing such as making sure trash is picked up(cabinets and old sink faucets had been lying on grounds for obviously days), painting the rails. Pressure wash outside doors and maybe repaint. On the other hand, I will say that it was an amazing move in compare
