Best apartment experience I’ve had so far. The staff are extremely professional and quick to respond to phone calls and texts. Furthermore, the maintenance crew are good at fixing any problems and are very punctual and professional as well. The apartment itself was very enjoyable to live in, and it’s very clean well ventilated. Also they keep their grass green, and the plants and foliage are beautiful here. Everything I would want from an apartment complex, they have provided. Easy 5-stars :)

IF INTERNET IS IMPORTANT TO YOU DON'T LIVE HERE. So there is some good and some bad here. (Read the last comments if you don't care about a rant about the internet provider they have a contract with.) (NOTE: the below is virtually all just about the internet provider which is an obligatory part of the package if you need or want fast internet... hence why I leave it here) The big deal breaker for me right now is COX they as they have a contract with this apartment for the benefit of the own at the expense of the residents of course..... There ARE zero alternatives that provide internet that is capable of more than just emails. aka cox 100% has a monopoly here. Any they are very predatory they throttle, they charge 2-3x more than completion with better service(given it is sort of cheapis

Don’t live here unless you want to get screwed over. I can genuinely say I wish I never lived here. I’ve been here for about 4 years total, first in a two bedroom, then the last two years in a three bedroom. Living here was fine. The insulation in these apartments is horrible so be prepared for obscenely high SRP bills. There are a ton of cockroaches that run all over the grounds across the grass and sidewalks at night. There’s a huge amount of stray cats living here. Upon move out they kept our deposit and wanted us to pay an additional $2700 in repairs, acting as though we intentionally damaged the unit which we did not. It wasn’t even a nice unit. It was old, not remodeled, and barely functioning appliances. When I wrote an email to contest the request for repairs they chose to ignore i

Everything were fine except we experienced some bugs issues during summer months that even professional bug sprayed really didn’t helped but went away as weather becomes cooler. Hopefully they can investigate for next resident. Overall was very pleasant specially with Management/Maintenance response.

I'm giving this complex a 5 star due to my interactions with the front office anytime we have ever had any problems. Andrew has been the most helpful, understanding and kind person. Thanks to him, we still reside here in our happy home. Thank you, Andrew!
