I have just met with Ruey W. Yu and started the application process to move in to a listed property at 312 S. Wilson St., Tempe, AZ 85281. We have just applied and been excepted for the property and we’re super excited. Shortly after acceptance Ruey started asking for $1200 for first months rent in 24 hrs and threatening to go with other applicants. At this time we still had not been sent a lease or even asked to put a deposit down for the property. Issues started to arise and the messages were not professional once so ever. When I called this morning and spoke with Ruey of my concerns she cut it short and said she would re-send the terms of agreement which even stated first months rent would be due once lease was signed. Eleazar Medrano texted me for the first time on 7/21/2020. I replied back that same day to let him know he had the wrong number. There is no Kim at the number he's texting. He texting me again on 7/24, still looking to speak with Kim. I replied back to him again and even put in the text message: STOP. REMOVE THIS NUMBER. Three days later, I received another text from him. This guy does not read his text messages from the number he texts from. I received 2 more text messages from him in August, again looking for Kim. I received one text message from him again in September, which I ignored. I received yet another text for Kim on 11/1/2020. I replied back again to tell him he has the wrong number and to STOP texting my phone number. I have since received 2 more texts this month. S

Totally unethical and unprofessional. Agents James and Darrin illegally backed out of an agreement to sell a home they owned and listed through this agency. Just think what they may do to you. Do yourself a favor and find an ethical agent to work with.

Renee cold called me, I mentioned I never heard of Home smart and wasn't interested. He called again trying to get me to sell my house and I hung up. In an act of retaliation Renee submitted my phone number to realtor.com and I was hit with numerous texts from realtors.

Littered our entire neighborhood with Leo Morales fliers. Drove by in the car and just tossed out his flyers out of the window as they drove by. In yards, driveways, street, it didn’t matter where they landed. There is a way to advertise but what he did was trash our neighborhood with his fliers.
