Chandler Heights Apartments

Lived here for four years prior to the pandemic and I still recommend it to this day, we went from a one bedroom to a full townhouse and it was a wonderful and affordable experience.

Moved family into apt but had to wait three days prior due to an issue with bugs....

I bought my parents here for my daughter's graduation and we loved it I'm from Statesboro but it was my first time staying there and my mom left her blanket that my sister got her for Christmas and they still had it when I tell you this is a nice place to stay it really is thank you to the staff all the workers thank you💖😘💖😘

If you are looking for cheaper apartments in Statesboro near Georgia Southern campus there is no other apartment that will help your budget. I lived there for several years during my undergraduate, and if you really just need a place to stay this is a good choice. Chandler is located directly across the road from a Georgia Southern bus station if you would like to take the bus. The apartment complex does not include any amenities, but that is also reflected in the price making it lower than most other apartment complexes.

Incredibly rude management. It takes months to get anyone to fix anything. Fleas are a big issue whether you have pets or not. Their "maintenance crew" is also the worst. They replaced a lock on my window and cracked the glass. Took them 4 hours to replace 2 doors in my apartment. Also, there are no fire escapes on the upper floors. Had a faulty wiring in my oven/stove earlier this year, plus a wiring problem in the hallway outside my unit, and a dryer that burnt holes through clothes! If there had been a fire, I would have died. Overall the worst experience I've had renting. Will not be renewing my lease. Property manager is named Brenda Bragg, and she is VERY rude and never reads emails or answers the phone. Not to mention the office has the worst hours if you work or go to school full t
