Champions on Luther Street

Lived here for 3 years. I'll go and say this place is a great bang for your buck compared to other places in College Station. Becky and Milton are good maintenance people and Brian is a very nice landlord. Some of the appliances are a little outdated but they work fine. There's plenty of guest parking and the backyards are nice if you have pets. Minor issues: landscaping gets muddy when it rains, and sometimes the frat house throws parties and takes up all the guest parking. There was also one instance of vehicles being broken into (not mine though). Overall a good place to be a college student.
