Champion Villas

The picture of the temperature gauge was at 10:22pm right after turning the space heater off before bed. It's to dangerous to run the space heater at night (Plus it's dangerous for our dog /when your not home). My husband and I are renting at Champion Villas. We have been without heat in our apartment since January 2nd. It took 3-4 days for them to send someone initially. After they looked at the heating unit, they had a contractor come look at it (Jan. 13th). About that time the apartment complex provided a small space heater. We have not heard anything thing from the complex since the 13th and we have reached out multiple time / left messages (Emails too). We have a small dog too so this is not only dangerous for my husband and I but also our dog. We are EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING with this

I have had a wonderful experience living at Champion Villas. The property is well-maintained, and the management team is always responsive and attentive to any needs or concerns. The grounds are beautiful, and the amenities are top-notch. Whenever I’ve had a request, they have been quick to assist and ensure everything is handled professionally. I highly recommend Champion Villas to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed living community. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. Lexi is absolutely amazing and willing to help whenever you need her assistance!

We have just moved into Champion Villas apartments. We are new to the renting world but because we have been living abroad for the last 3 plus years, we had no choice but to rent upon our return to the States. While we are not fans of AI doing pretty much the majority of the work and being the main point of contact, which is frustrating at times, I do want to give the one person who was involved, Lexi, a great recommendation. She was responsive, effective, and a pleasure to work with. So far, so good. The apartment is nice, the area seems quiet, and the grounds are well maintained.

I am currently in the process of moving and I have been in contact with the leasing agent Lexi. She has made the process extremely smooth and reassuring. She has been extremely responsive, professional and personable. The property is nice and the community seems kind as well.

I rented at champion villas for a little over a year. The first month I was there I noticed lack of cleanliness of property (inside common areas of buildings and the property grounds). Dog feces, garbage inside buildings and outside blowing all over grounds, broken down vehicles and dumpsters overflowing. I was in contact with property management (3 different mangers in the year I was there) and I contacted the main office. I’m sure my persistence of concerns about the dirty property was annoying to them but then fast forward to July 2024 when I and other residents in my building ended up with roaches. Again, the office seemed annoyed that I was upset about the roaches. I had roaches off and on until October when I moved out. My experience with this property are mixed. I loved my apartment
