Our family is so excited to move in! We have dropped hundreds in application fees at other places promising moon and stars only to get rejected trying to find a new home before our current lease ends. Jessica was very kind when I called and answered my initial questions. Once I officially applied the property manager Paul has been so delightful, and so fast to answer; we were approved in 24 hours and in less than a week we get to move in! Thank you thank you!

I am been here less than a month and the apartment above me they are 24/7 making loud steps and loud noise that you can even sleep it doesn’t matter at what time cause is a really heavy Dog. It doesn’t deserve paying that amount for a place that you can’t sleep because of the loud noise above. If you want to come take the 3 floor

There's so much roaches, the people upstairs bang really hard, management is sweet but the apartment is not good I would not recommend it.

I would not recommend living here. The apartments are extremely loud you can hear everything, making it very hard to get proper sleep. For the amount of rent being charged, the living conditions are unacceptable. There is also a serious roach problem that management does not seem to handle effectively. Maintenance and overall management are very disappointing. Marielys often seems unprepared and unable to provide clear answers or solutions. Camila is extremely rude on the phone, answers with an attitude, and cuts you off when you try to explain a problem. Overall, this place is overpriced and poorly managed. Definitely not worth the rent.
