Challenger Homes at Sterling Ranch

We were told during the building process that because our sod was installed in October, if it failed to take they would replace it. When we were in the office signing our papers they told us it would not be taken care of, 1 year later our "included landscaping" is totally not worth it! We also have drainage issues that have not been taken care of correctly so we have to hire someone to do our landscaping any way. I suggest van guard or classic!!

Sharing my horrible experience with Challenger Homes, they don’t take ownership of their issues and now I have to live with a roof leak on a brand new house. Ridiculous their excuses! So if it rains good luck as that it how was designed and water will come in!!

Alexis Smith was awesome to work with. So friendly and helpful and always reaching out once we were moving in to ensure we had everything we need. She even offered to help us move stuff in. I never with anyone more professional. Additionally, the entire Challenger team has been amazing. From the general contractor to the landscape teams everyone has been professional, courteous and informative! Thank you! We will definitely suggest Challenger to anyone looking for a great house for a good value and with an amazing support team! Duane

We're happy with our build. The process went very fluid as expected. Warranty requests have gone quick, and they've done everything they said they would.

Sales person was fine but their prices are soaring because they can! Most of the builders seem to be doing the same thing. Pretty sad time for buyers.
