We have been meaning to write a review about Chad since he sold our childhood home and land. It's taken me this long to recover from even selling the place as you deal with so many emotions when doing so. If we could give 100 stars for Chad we would. My sister and I not only found the best realtor in our county but the State of Georgia and beyond. We also gained a lifelong friend and adopted family member! He is the most personable, professional, smart, talented, knowledgeable, creative, jack of all trades man and did we forget to say intelligent and at the top of his game?
