Brentwood Place Apartments

Appears to be a nice complex; I just can't understand why no one will return emails or calls!! I'm seeing online that there are apartments available, but I can't seem to get anyone to respond to me. I live out of town, with the intention to relocate, and I find this to be very unprofessional that no one (at all) will reach back out!!

"If you want to be completely miserable and abosultely HATE where you live, deal with miscommunication, and live in a Senior Citizen Living, this is the place for you!" The landlord is very unprofessional and rude. If you have kids you most definitely don’t want to live here. She will give you an lease violation for the littlest stuff. Please don’t don’t waste you time trying to live here !

wrote an e-mail to get more information and set up an appointment for a viewing of apartments, never got an answer back. office closed on weekends. No one will answer the phone when I called to get info. not a good way to do business, wonder how folks get to rent an apartment there.

Very professional and kind hearted always friendly

The rent lady is rude as hell. I’ve sent multiple friends up to try and get an apartment and they all come back and tell me she asked them personal questions like “Are you still with your baby daddy”. I also use to stay there bt staying there feels like you’re a prisoner in your own home bc you can’t really do anything without getting a note in your door. My kid couldn’t play like he wanted to, You can’t wash past a certain time which sucked bc I use to get off late and needed to wash a few things. You guys jst need to make this for older people to stay bc it seem like that’s how Susie wants it. Kids can’t even ride a damn bike outside so don’t buy them anything to ride on for Christmas if you want to stay here.
