So far we have no complaints as a couple we love everything this company and the landlords are doing for us. The steps to get approved have been ever so easy at least for us we can’t speak on everyone’s situation. The contact between the property and us have been none the less but amazing! I don’t think we could ask for better set of landlords to work with us on our first across country move so thank you. The experience has been delightful so far. The house we toured as well was easy to complete and we absolutely loved the way it was portrayed with stuff that was wrong with it as well so thank you.

So far me and my family haven’t had any bad situations we just moved in first time with buyorrenthouses so far great the maintenance guy victor amazing!! Hard worker and his other guy get everything than can done in 1-2 hours so great full although !!! There is one ongoing problem I have with the roof .. the roof is falling apart so horrible I put in the request before I moved in !!! And still nothing they get everything else done just not the roof

The maintenance isn't quick to come fix leak in roof, then they wanna add $150 to rent just for maintenance to come fix the leak in roof when they could've fix it long time ago, I've only lived here since June and the roof you can see where they haven't fixed in years, so this isnt my fault it's theirs.
