Len Rutstein was probably the worst real estate agent we have ever dealt with. He led us on for 2 years trying to sell an over 55 condo and may have shown the unit a handful of times. When a new broker took over we were told that the unit was dark since bulbs needed replacement, the unit needed cleaning and closet doors were not on tracks. He never told us about any of these issues and since we are from out of state never knew there were problems. Avoid this agency at all costs. I am confident that the unit will sell when professional photos are taken instead of cell phone pics. Seller or Buyer beware!!
