I put in an application for a rental that was apparently very popular. The checked the next day to find that the rental had been taken off of their site after paying the application fee. I received no emails, no phone calls, nothing notifying me that the property had been taken by another applicant. 1 week later I decide to swing by after they haven't returned my calls. I called once at 11:40am and no return after leaving a message. I called again the next day no answer, and finally a third time when I went to swing by their office again, no answer. Once I opened the mail slot someone walked to the door (Hollie). I had only gotten information that the property had been taken once I talked to her through the mail slot. I told her my name and she went to go refund my application fee (great!)

I would not recommend anyone to rent from this property company ever. It was a smooth easy start to get into a home. Once something is wrong in the home don’t expect a call, an email, or to even think to go into the office it will be “closed”. I had to physically visit the office twice after multiple phone calls over 2 and 1/2 weeks just for the yearly inspection. Only to move out and have less than a quarter of my security deposit returned because the home was “left dirty”. After I had emailed picture over when I left the residence and professional carpet and home cleaning receipts. I only got an email back before I officially left the residence because she wanted to show the home to her friends looking to rent it. lived in our house for 2 years and loved it, sad to move on but we bought. I wanted to give Century Property Management props and tell everyone they are fair when returning deposits, I have to admit I didn't clean it very well and was charged reasonable and not over board. Got most of our deposit back, you hear all these horror stories about management companies stealing deposits they are not like that at all and Ann and Holly provide a great service and treat tenants wonderful. The times when they are out of the office they always returned my call same business day thank you century property for providing excellent services to tenants

Update October 2020 I see Century Property Management are leaving a comment I'm unable to respond to. They are lying and do not make repairs in a timely manner. They will send in all these strangers into your place and say they've made repairs when they haven't. A "repairman" even came after 7pm one night. It's absurd how little they think of their tenants because they just care about getting their money from the real owners of these properties. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE "property management" company. AVOID. Never in office, never answered the phone, charme me for cleaning and replacing a light bulb that was not working when I move in. $400+ dollars when I did all the landscaping before moving out fixed all the issues the house had when moved in even painted all the patches the house had and payed a professional carpet cleaning company to clean their carpets it was move in ready better than it was when I move in and still they steal from me. Not recommended
