I just had the worst sales experience of my life, while assisting my parents in going under contract for a newly built home from Century’s complete home arm. I called the selling agent named Samantha McKittrick from the Florida office with my agent and a long time friend who happens to be a mortgage broker to discuss some nuances about the contract my parents were about to sign in an hour, Samantha then proceeded to take up a disrespectful tone and raise her voice at me even getting to the point where she was screaming at me over the phone and proceeded to say she was getting agitated at the fact I was asking questions on a $273,000 purchase. Don’t use this company their customer service is deplorable.

Qingsong Roger Liu is the worst agent I have ever met. He was the seller’s agent but also pretended to be buyer’s agent. Pushed the deal through. He found any excuse not let us see the property. During the final walkthrough, he was rushing us out. He also promised to clean up the property before closing but he didn’t. After closing, there were still a lot of garbage inside the property, but you can’t reach him anymore. This person has no integrity. He will do anything to get his commission then disappear.
