Do not buy from this company they will drag the process through and not returned your deposit if your denied the loan. This caused me to be homeless as assurances we made of the closing. When requested refund everyone disappears and no phone calls or emails returned. They lie to close the deal and negate mortgage standard practices that people should be refunded due loan denials. I know I am not the only one who has had this happen to them. The management of the company represents unethical practices and require legal pursuit to get your funds.

Let just start by saying this whole process has been a mess. I’ve had two different sales reps and two different mortgage loan officers . Getting ahold of them has been horrible when it came them sending me documents it’s almost always at the end of the day so any questions we may have I don’t get answered for atleast a day or two. We are first time home owners and I feel like most of the information hasn’t been-explained to us I’ve had to ask and wait for answers most times taking days with no response. Multiple times I’ve had my documents be incorrect. I’ve had to upload the same documents multiple times.I tried to get an inspection done before my walk through and it looks like that’s not happening because last minute they are trying to have my inspector sign documents they are receiving

Really easy to work with, busy as all get out, but beautiful homes and a wonderful design appointment. Only thing missing was the ability to choose our own paint color; we were just given a list of different whites and grays to choose from. Still, highly recommended

Purchased my townhouse from these guys and overall it was an easy and fluid experience.
