Century Communities - Hinton Chase

I am a real estate broker and brought my clients to the subdivision as they were looking for a new home in the Covington area. Donna Robinson, the onsite agent, was awesome. She made herself available, showed my clients all the different floor plans and explained to them thoroughly all the various options and upgrades. What I appreciated with Donna, there was never any pressure for my clients to sign. She understood that this was a big decision for them and she did not rush them. We wrote up a contract and we closed end of September. As a realtor, it was a pleasure working with Donna who was very professional from start to finish and I would love and hope to work with her again in the future.

When my husband and I started looking for a home we never thought that we would end up in such a beautiful home as the Renyolds. When Mrs. Donna Robinson took us to look at the home she told us to take our time and make sure this is the house for us. She was the best onsite agent. She didn't just look at me she made sure that my husband was included. I could always call her for questions and if she didn't know she would follow up with the answer. Mrs. Donna truly made our home buying experience a plus. The icing on the Cake was that she was from Chicago my husband home town. He loved her from the jump. 😆She makes Hinton Chase feel like home.

The real estate market is tough in Atlanta, but builder partners make it better. Century is a solid builder. I would recommend them to my buyers again.
