Very happy to know that my landlord is nice, and love my relator but the woman I've been dealing with "Maria" is very nasty and rude. She hasn't sent us a finalized lease for over 6 months and I've called numerous times. Nasty and rude to me on the phone always and my mother is a realtor and never have I heard her ever speak to anyone the way Maria has with me and my housemates. Went out of her way to make it seem like our lease wasn't approved when our relator Ester LOVE HER!!! told us it was and the money was taken out. WHY DO YOU HAVE A JOB DEALING WITH PEOPLE EVERYDAY LADY IF YOU CANT STAND TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE WITH RESPECT AND NORMAL. Very rude and disrespectful.

The agents are wonderful and very knowledgeable. For anyone who is looking to buy or sell their home, I would highly recommend Century 21 Ailor Associates!
