She was ALWAYS punctual and very responsive. She helped us through negotiations with our seller and made sure we ultimately got the best value we could for our new home. Even after we closed, she has continued to check in and follow up to see how we're doing. We would highly recommend working with her and will absolutely use Avenue again if we buy another home!
