This is by far the worst real estate agency I’ve ever dealt with. PLEASE STAY AWAY if you don’t want to get taken advantage of. If you’re not on top of everything, they’ll try to pull a fast one and completely disregard what you clearly tell them you want. I was very vocal about my expectations from the start, yet they ignored everything. I even reached out to management. The owner actually called me back, but instead of listening to my concerns about his agent Rosania Melo, he dismissed me and clearly didn’t care. All they seem to care about is making their money, no matter who they hurt or how unprofessional they have to be to do it. Be careful, this agency does not have your best interest at heart.
