Aija Shrader is a wonderful, honest, caring realtor. We have used her three times to buy homes and now on our second time selling a home. The first home she sold for us had a pending sale contract in less than 1 day on the market and closed in 30 days! She will work for you to get you what you are looking for or work for you to get your home sold. I cannot say enough good things about Aija, she is one fantastic lady!

We were completely disappointed with our experience with Aija. She does the absolute bare minimum. When we would ask her questions she never knew the answer and asked us questions constantly that a realtor should’ve known (our listing price, schools districts, etc.). We feel as though she mislead us, had no respect for us, and didn’t even show the house once. If you do use her, do NOT expect much from her. All she will do is send you forms to sign without any explanation. When we finally did express our disappointment and questioned her, she completely ignored us. She has no respect for her clients or her business. She is an adult with a business and felt an appropriate response to unhappy clients was to quit talking to them.
