Having dealt with some of the agents at this location over an extended period of time, I can tell you that this office puts much effort toward appearing legitimate. Nothing could be further from accurate, however, as I experienced integrity issues with these agents numerous times. Honesty became a real problem, as I realized they had been either misrepresenting or downright lying to me throughout the process. The receptionist became snooty over time, as well.
