Worse realtor ever. Hired them to specifically send an offer on a property I already researched. The argued with me about what I wanted to send as my offer, then said they could not send an offer after having me sign an agreement. Then when I said I would no longer work with them they demand I pay them to release me from my contract. I have half a mind to sue them for misrepresenting me under real-estate law. DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE! They are not interested in serving buyers properly.
