I had a disappointing experience working with Aida Saravia. While she was polite and generally responsive, the overall level of guidance and advocacy did not meet my expectations. Communication often felt reactive rather than proactive. I was hoping for stronger market insight and more strategic support throughout the process, but I felt largely on my own when making important decisions. Ultimately, the experience lacked the professionalism and attentiveness I believe clients deserve when making such a significant financial commitment. I would encourage others to clearly outline expectations upfront if they choose to work with her.
There are much better “real estate” people. More like fake estate with how unprofessional and inattentive these people are. They don’t give people applying a chance or their clients a real opportunity. You’ve been warned. Please go anywhere else in LA for what you need. This place is not it
