I had a very disrespectful experience when I called about viewing a home. I was told that they did not want to show me the house because it would be “pointless,” and the person on the phone laughed at me. That was extremely rude and unprofessional. Because of this experience, I will never consider buying or renting through this company. When I called back to address the situation, the representative responded in a robotic way saying she “understood my concern,” but then continued trying to correct how I speak on the phone instead of addressing the issue. Overall, the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful, and it left a very negative impression.
