The very worst slum lords. They WILL NOT fix anything and manage the worst properties with the cheapest owners. It took 3 years to get an a/c unit from 1985 replaced. They had no idea there was a mountain of junk up there left from previous tenants. When they fixed the a/c, It leaked all over my office and damaged product that they are refusing to replace. These are ancient buildings with ZERO insulation, My shop temps reach 110-120° every summer. I had a heat stroke and they still won't replace missing insulation. They will harass you, try to make you break your lease, Give out your personal number and absolutely refuse to be reasonable or pro-rate rent for having a shop in shambles. Avoid at all costs. These are the very worst people
