I can’t say enough good things about working with Dani Varos. What stood out right away was her integrity, honesty and transparency—from day one, I feel like she has my families best interest. Steve Thielsen is fabulous! He was there for us throughout the entire house hunting process and he gave great insight about the first few properties we looked at (he was spot on predicting the competition + what the houses would sell for). When we did get in contract on a house, he showed up countless times for inspections, bids, etc. and worked behind the scenes to get certain elements of the property fixed up when we didn't even ask for it. He really had our best interest in mind.

Where to start...Steve Thielsen was an integral part in our home search and transaction. We were blown away by his breadth of knowledge and how communicative he was. Admittedly, we consumed a lot of Steve's time...whether it was over the phone, meeting us for open houses, being present for inspections, and spearheading negotiations. He always made us feel like a priority! Most importantly, Steve is a great person and actually cares. Even after the dust settled and we got our house, he continued to reach out to see if there is anything else he can help with. Thank you for everything, Steve! We appreciate you!

Denise was extremely helpful. We would often receive emails late into the evening, and calls early in the morning; I swear she never sleeps! Her attitude was always positive and cheerful, even when the news was less than amazing. Denise worked very hard to recommend homes that met all of our needs and kept us informed the entire process. Anytime we had any questions she either answered right away, or within a few hours, very impressive. The entire paperwork process for buying our first home was intense, but Denise held our hands through it all and made it remarkably painless. After our first meeting on the property to discuss the sale, it was clear to me that Steve Thielsen was the person to handle things. An older rural property like ours can have many potential issues that need to be identified and assessed. He quickly outlined the steps we'd need to take in advance of the sale and offered a realistic timeline for getting it on the market. After the property was listed he helped us evaluate the offers, choose which to accept, and navigate the sale process through completion.
