If you don't want to waste your money renting from these people, don't go there. They are irresponsible; they only care about taking your money and don't care what happens to the rented property.

Unprofessional Experience – Disrespectful Treatment and Poor Transparency I don’t usually leave reviews, but my recent experience with Century 21, particularly Rebecca March, was so unprofessional that I feel it’s important to speak up. While trying to go through the proper channels regarding a deck approval issue with my HOA, I was called a “toddler” by Rebecca and told, “The answer is no, and that’s just it — you don’t need a reason.” This was said while on speakerphone, in front of my wife and a licensed general contractor, during what should have been a professional conversation. As you can see from the 2.4 avg rating, they are not great people. No customer service or care, what so ever, for the people who live in the properties they manage. Have been assured of issues from one rep and then when it's not handled that way, another will play dumb and show zero compassion for the issues you're having. Will fine you for the smallest thing and when you have a reason or reply for what may have occurred, they don't care. It's all about how much money they can take from their "tennats" and then be rude to them when asked for an explanation. If you see they manage your apartment or condo, avoid purchasing or renting!!!

This rental management company is amongst the worst I have dealt with in over 30+ years. Not sure if the owners are aware of how they treat their tenants but I would never rent or purchase a home with them. Horrible customer service, horrible terms after initial term. We like the place, do not like the management company.
