Transparency and professionalism should never end the moment a fee is collected. I’m a 38-year-old professional who, until recently, was fortunate to rent a property owned by my father for many years. I lived in a house for almost 10 years. Tonya was always there for me in what ever the situation that came up. I needed a micro wave replaced, and it was done the next day. My kitchen sink feel apart and it was replaced the next day. Both of my toilets had issues and she had them replaced in short order. She, hands down was the best landlord I have ever had. The only reason I moved was because I bought a house in Pahrump NV. I left the house broom ready. I got charged a reasonable fee to finish the clean up and received most of my deposit back.
