If people of color are trying to rent in a neighborhood that is not diverse goodluck! All I can say is save your money and time. Put your energy into buying your own home. I gave them a 2 star for the effort of Michelle Heath , acting like they were trying to get the application approved. But instead she knew that they were not intrested in the first place. No matter how much your credit score and how much income and clean face you have . You dont have a chance . Be mindful of where you are wanted. God bless.....
