Don’t rent from them, don’t do business with them. We used to rent a place from them, and this place was so outdated with damaged carpet. When we left, they blamed us for the damages that were already there when we moved and they took so much money from us.

Have had interactions with this company for over 10 years (mostly with Laura Haven), any issues were dealt with in a very timely matter. Everyone I've had dealings with were both professional and personable.

I hate janky places like this, thank god we were able to finally find our dream home!!! To begin, my wife only received half of her security deposit back! What blows me away is the fact that this rude woman, had the nerves to tell us that we will be charged due to us covering up the small holes in the house. Her response was that, if we didn’t cover them up, they would not have had to paint the wall. But why would you not repaint the walls anyway giving the fact that a tenant has been staying there for 2.5 years. Secondly, the house was going to trash everyday and they refused to fix anything!! We had multiple storms hit the property, and they did not want to send anyone out to cut down the trees or make repairs to the fence until we moved out!! We never got a list of deficiencies, therefo

All the staff is pretty easy to work with, except for Laura, from the rental department. No matter how nice you are, she constantly has an attitude. She is extremely unprofessional, unless the office manager is in there. Since the first day, from signing our lease, she has been anything but polite. She belittles her coworker, not only when she isn’t there, but in front of other clients. When we addressed her behavior to the office manager, it wasn’t dealt with properly. She is consistently rude and treats everyone as if they are beneath her. Her working there, is why I’m giving Century 21 a 1 Star. After a bad experience with another rental company. I went with them based off recommendation of a coworker. I couldn't be happier. They were speedy when the a/c needed serviced. I experienced no issues upon moving out unlike the other company that tried to put issues already noted and photographed of the house prior to moving in.
