Centro NoDa

Shatiya made my whole transition and experience moving from Los Angeles to North Carolina Flawless. From our first call to my arrival and first week here. The whole process was not stressful at all! She is very kind, personable and answered every question and concern clearly and without hesitation. I was going to settle for something else just moving here but after talking to Shatiya I knew Centro was my new home. This building is amazing!! I love it here! It’s such and upgrade from where I came from and Shatiya made sure to help me feel comfortable and informed! I had a really positive experience at this apartment complex. The property is consistently well-maintained, from the grounds to the common areas, and it’s clear that management takes pride in keeping everything in good shape. Maintenance requests were handled quickly and professionally, and the staff was always helpful and easy to communicate with. The community itself is quiet and comfortable, and feels safe.

So far I'm loving my home at Centro. It's clear this building intends to be an active member of the NoDa community & the staff actually engage & listen to their tenants. The gym is solid & I feel safe here. Also, Nino & Wil keep the building running smooth. Plus they have the best comedy shows here 😉

JC is such a lovely human and was so kind during my tour. I am always a little stressed while apartment hunting, but JC made it an easy decision! He walked me around the Centro Noda community (beautiful btw) and even went out of his way to take me back to the apartment I decided on to get a final look + video. The current residents we saw along the tour seemed so kind and welcoming which just added a cherry on top for me. I am excited to call Centro Noda my future home!

Great experience with Centro NoDa! JC in the leasing office was fantastic to work with. Very responsive and understanding of our needs, ensuring we would be comfortable and enjoy living here.
