Central Title

My father, Robert J. “Bob” Little, passed away in 1986, and his estate is part of the probate record in Gregg County that anyone can verify. After his house was sold this year, I reviewed the records and found a broken chain of title because it had been sold unlawfully out of the estate. I contacted Central Title after the sale to bring this serious defect to their attention, but they refused to take my claim and have ignored my calls and emails. Because of their refusal to act, I have no choice but to cloud the title until this is corrected, which means that house is not insurable.A title company’s job is to prevent these issues, yet they have failed to do so but they are ignoring me. I am a new homebuyer and my lender told me to contact them with a few questions I had post purchase. The lady that I suppose is over my file was completely rude and talked to me as if I had no brain. I finally just ended the conversation. I am all about customer service and I would give them 0 stars. I will not be calling back and will have to have my lender contact them.

Sold my house to an investment company only good thing that came out of it was Central Title. They kept me both updated and we'll informed something the investment company seemed incapable of doing. Everyone was super kind and very polite. I would recommend them to anyone.
