Central Square at Frisco

My experience at Central Square at Frisco has been excellent. The biggest difference between my experience here, and at other apartments I have lived in, is the wonderful people who work here. In the front offices, Ale and Michael are always so helpful, friendly, and diligent. They respond quickly to any questions/concerns with true care. They are also just genuinely nice people! The maintenance team of Dillon and Landon are also phenomenal. They respond quickly, follow any special requests, and have always resolved my issues completely. Central Square at Frisco feels safe and comfortable, and I believe that is due to having such a knowledgeable, foundational team working here!

I am a new resident. Moved from Cali and did most of my process virtually. The leasing process was very efficient. The Team is incredibly nice. I had a slight issue when moving in but it was quickly resolved. Special shoutout to Joy and Dillon (Dillon rocks). The building is beautiful, clean and smells fantastic. My unit is amazing. I highly recommend living here.

Best Apartments in Frisco!!! I have been here for 3 years now with my yappy yet friendly dog Murphy and just when I think it cant get better... it does! Everyone in the office and all the support staff are just fantastic and go out of their way to help. The apartment amenities are first class and its more like living in a posh hotel than an apartment. I recently moved from the 2nd floor to a unit on the 1st floor and I have never been happier. The staff know me by name and always say hello to my daughter when she is over. I truly feel blessed to have found this place and would recomend it to anyone. Management is very kind and helpful. They made my move in process quick and easy. My experience living here has been great! I could not have picked a better place to live!

I AM ABSOLUTELY FED UP WITH THE WAY THINGS HAVE BEEN GOING AT CENTRAL SQUARE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT. This is a beautifully centrally located community that was once my absolute favorite apartment ever lived in, but it has gone down since new management took over. It used to always be clean and they seemed to have been on top of routine maintenance. That doesn't seem like the case anymore. Hallways are smelly and disgusting now. Stairwells and the garage are also filthy. Neither elevator work and have been down for quite some time now. The garage gate now doesn't take the badges or toll tag, so you have to get out and walk around to enter the gate code. I honestly don't think this is a matter of these things just malfunctioning suddenly. I think previous management was on top of routine maint
