Inquired about an apartment I've had my eyes on for a long time. Stopped, talk to the actual owners brother. He called the owner, told him everything he needed to hear. By what the owner was saying, it sounded like he wanted me in there. Gave me Tom from Central Realtys contact info because he is supposedlythe guy that handles all that. Reached out, just to be spoken to rudely and then completely ignored. Don't recommend working with Tom from Central Realty. The unprofessionalism is unreal.

Tom at Central Realty gave me a chance after I had a major health setback in my life and went back to living with family. He is amazing to work with, and follows through with what he says he will do. The property is well maintained, and their maintenance people address the big stuff fast. I'm not one to complain about small stuff such as a new coat of paint, or everything being "perfect". I value a safe home, and knowing the management company will be there to solve the big problems. They worked with me on the deposit and held the apartment in good faith. I hope to stay here for a long time, and am very happy in my home. I'm thankful every day for them working with me and giving me a chance. Was told by landlord to reach out to Tom , already did application and was told we were all good, I had 2 other roommates but I was taking point on payment and all contact, missed a call from Tom but he got in contact with them and was told we had till the end of the week (12/23) for security deposit, landlord reached out for security deposit on the 12/26 to which I reached out to Tom to pay. He informed me that he had taken another persons application after I was already told the apartments all mine. Great to work with until the lease was taken out from under us. Landlord seemed to not know and told me to contact Tom for payment and somehow he after saying it was ours leased out to other people. One of my 2 roommates has no place as of the beginning of the month and now we must reset our

Applied for an apartment, paid the $50 application fee. Sent texts and emails. Asking for status updates. Never heard backs from them. Was told by Tom (very nice person) The building owner had the applications and would reach out. That was 2 weeks ago. The building owner or someone should have had the common courtesy to contact applicants. .

If I could rate them any lower, I absolutely would. They are not professional in any manner. Plumbing, electrical, mold, pest issues. IF and when they decide to take care of any such issue it could be weeks, months or even YEARS!
