Finally...SUCCESS! Paul Sliwka is a gem of a person and a fabulous facilitator of realizing one's dream! Notice that I did not simply refer to Paul as an "agent" - because he is much more than that... My Mom, recently retired out of the District and into new waterfront digs. She had a nightmare experience trying to rent her NW DC condo and after almost a year of carrying two monthly housing payments, decided that selling would better suit her needs. Paul drove the 120 miles rt to Moms house to meet with her. She talked. He listened AND HEARD(!!!) her concerns/hopes/dreams/fears.
