Central Park Apartments

I've been living at Central Park Apartments for over a year now, and it’s been an absolute delight. The leasing office and maintenance team are friendly, responsive, and always professional. The remodels are beautifully done — I love the modern finishes, new appliances, and open floor plans. The amenities are a huge plus: gated entry, a nice pool, gym, and well-maintained communal areas. What I appreciate the most is the convenient location — easy access to transit, nearby shopping, and parks, without compromising on neighborhood peace and safety. I’m delighted here and would definitely recommend it to friends looking for quality apartment living.

My duplex is managed by the staff at Central Park, and it's been an absolute nightmare. They served us a termination of tenancy on a Tuesday after 15 years of being a model tenant, giving us 60 days notice, and began demolition of the other side of my unit the following Monday. I work from home, and the sawing, hammering, and destruction made our house virtually unlivable. They uprooted all of the trees and bushes in our front yard and put up fencing around the front of our unit. Then the roaches came... I notified them of the problem on July 16th, and they didn't spray outside until the 22nd, which didn't seem to deter the pests. Finally, the exterminator came to examine the house the 29th for possible entryways, and on Aug 1st they sealed around the bottom of the toilet where they were g

Final update: got a job in a different city before COVID19 hit and moved out officially on the 11th so I could walk to work. My final impressions are still five stars. The office staff was always so friendly and readily available for any issues I had. Kids were safe to go out and play (before shelter in place). Move out process was fairly simple- 30 day notice as I was already month-to-month and they had offered an inspection visit to help me maximize my security deposit but due to circumstances beyond my or their control, I was unable to. could not be paid to live here again. neighbors bugs constantly coming through our walls, only good amenity is package center but somehow no that’s a fail because our packages were constantly stolen or mixed up in the wrong lockers. don’t even get me started on this office lol. yuck. happily living in a better environment with friendly staff! don’t settle for this place

Who knew one hasty decision we had to make choosing an apartment amidst Covid in Jan 2021 for school would lead to almost almost 3 years of comfortable and pleasant stay. I am not even exaggerating when I say that. The maintenance throughout my stay here had been top-notch, and taken care of the same day! The fact that they have a messaging service and are very active there is so amazing. The well gated apartment in the area, with swimming pool and a gym, what more can a tenant want? The only issue there was no space for guest parking which again is very understandable and not something that can be easily fixed .
