Central Parc by 13th Floor Homes

Just purchased in the community and I have to say that sales staff is amazing. We worked with Emy and she was always friendly and helpful throughout the process. We are very happy to be in the community.

1-13-16 Central Parc no thanks! Made an appointment to view their homes ...was told that their sales office closes at 530pm. Got there at 505pm. Parked the car in front of their office and was terribly treated with a closing of the blinds and shutting off the office lights. Very disrespectful! Just to prove to myself that I saw the lights on and the staff in the office I drove around the community and when exiting the lights were back on! Traveled 30mins with a 2 year old to possibly see a future home and will no longer call or go back to Central Parc. Not a place i want my family to be involved with! Not tolerable at all!

Insofar , great service. The staff goes above and beyond to meet expectations. Our decision was made easier with all the information provided.
