Central Heights Apartments

Super sad to write this review because I really did like this place. Our unit was infested with roaches upon moving in. I noticed them the first day. There were many. The apartment had pest control come weekly. Which meant we had to completely clear out cabinets, kitchen, and bathroom weekly. Pest control seemed to reduce them drastically but it didn’t seem like they ever got to the source and they didn’t completely go away. My 5 year old son with autism was TERRIFIED. he refused to use the bathroom without someone with him in case there was another. The manager let us out of our lease due to this, with no fines. However, it was so bad we ended up bringing a nest with us to our new apartment. This is something we are still fighting. I’ve deep cleaned many times, I’ve set traps, we’re stil

I came in looking for an apartment on the 3rd floor but after seeing the one recomendad on the 1st floor I fell in love I adored the fact that the living room was wood and not carpet Kenia Lopez was amazing throughout the whole process from deciding to the move in date she was super helpful and guided us through everything and kept everything very transparent I don’t think I could have done anything with out her she was very kind and sweet

I moved into Central Heights with my dog about 3 months ago and have been extremely happy with my decision. After touring dozens of locations Jade in the office was the FIRST person to actually give me a tour of a unit and the property. From that moment I was sold. Ever since moving in I have constantly been impressed by the professional but friendly demeanor of both the office and maintenance teams. This inviting atmosphere has made me feel like part of the Central height's family from the start. The office is very communicative in regard to policy changes, issues around the property, and anything else that should be known as a resident. The maintenance team is also on top of their game. My water and electricity went out countless times, each separate occasions with no warning. My car got broken into the security team does little to nothing and the security cameras that were promised at my move in were never installed. There was always broken glass from a new car being smashed into, pretty much on a nightly basis. My neighbor is so loud and the noise complaint line and security phone line are out of service. I had roaches in my apartment no matter how many times they sprayed and I kept it super clean. The neighborhood is not great, I had to call 911 several times due to hearing people threatening to shoot each other and chasing each other through the complex or other similar issues.
