It has been a great experience working with Central Florida Realty for last two years. They are easy to work with. I had couple late fees and they waived it for me because it was a system. It is also easy to communicate with them. I am very happy with them and the property.

Had them as our management company for nearly 3 years. They were okay, much better than any apartment managers I had to deal with before. They did the best they could since the owner of our unit seemed to be most of the source of problems like slow communication and repairs.

I would highly recommend using Casey Lloyd. I was about to lose my home in 2014 and he was the only one that went out of his way to help me rent out my home, instead of me losing it. Throughout the four years I rented my property, they always took care of everything diligently, and always had my best interest in mind. I was eventually able to sell this year because of Casey. He quickly got my property on the market, and in less than a month my house was sold.

Please read before you consider this company. First, they will drag on repairs for months. I did not have a working microwave for the ENTIRE YEAR at the location I stayed. I had a hole in my window and a leak into the wall that was not repaired for 6 months until I brought up mold liability; but I had a bug infestation at that point. Every month I went to their location to check on repairs, but every month it was “getting looked into”. Second, my place was never cleaned before I moved in. Disgusting floors, bathroom, just nasty. Third, they will do every thing possible to TAKE YOUR ENTIRE DEPOSIT. Bye bye $1000. Here’s the kicker, I have a credit score of 780, I never missed or made a late payment, and I was downright friendly through it all. These guys are slumlords, be wary.

Please DONT DO ANYTHING WITH THIS GUYS. Eddie Riviera, LLuvia Riviera, Nelsa are complete SCAMMERS. FIRSTLY , they will drag on repairs for months, they invent repairs to charge more money on your unit. My AC was repaired and replaces 6 times! in 2 years! Then they say they are paying HOA on your behalf but no, they are retaining your money, and then you have late fee and lawyers fees. Im having late fees and interest for more than 500 usd in 3 months (hoa sent me to collection) This guys never told me i owe money. Its crazy, they should pay this fees for bad (or fraud) administration. I will sue them for sure if i dont have my money back. BE AWARE OF THEM! DONT TRUST THEM A SINGLE PENNY
