We own 2 condos and have to say the mgt company are excellent and do look after all issues and rentals for both. If a job needs doing its done and done right. we would highly recommend them and when I saw the last review I was shocked. Both Tanya in rentals and Mayra in accounts are terrific ladies and do their job well>

Every since this company took over the leasing and management of this Unique Community you have seen the difference in the diversity of neighbors. Lower class, music... Leasing Manager is very unpolite. Very unprofessional. Owner tries to be polite but at the same time doesn't actually mean it, she turns around and scam off owner of condos. As owners we need a company that looks for what is best for each Condo. They do not help tenants. Tenant is always wrong to them. They do not furnish information to owner. However, they tell tenants they did. They have a turn over on the customer service person that answers calls. I feel sorry for other owners. We need a safe, diverse with properly picked tenants. They worry to much about things that they should not be worrying more than they should. S

I have been leasing from Central Florida Leasing for 9 years! I think this is an outstanding group of employees that do their job the way it should be done! Any maintenance problem I ever had was completed in a very timely manner! They are the best!

Been tenant for more than 7 years and they ALWAYS been helpful. No problem with the maintenance request. One of the reason why we still in the house is because this company. Thanks for your service.
